1. Data We Collect

We collect account information (username, email, password hash), gameplay statistics, device information, and usage telemetry to improve your experience in the Nexus. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to authenticate your account, personalize your champion recommendations, detect cheating and fraud, and communicate important game updates. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or our in-game privacy dashboard.

4. Data Retention

Active accounts retain all data. Inactive accounts (3+ years) are anonymized. You may request full deletion of your data at any time via our support portal — deletion is processed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@nexuslegends.gg for any concerns.

6. Security

We use AES-256 encryption, regular penetration testing, and strict access controls to protect your data. In the event of a breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.

1. Eligibility

Nexus Legends is available to users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 require parental consent. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Rules

You are responsible for your account security. Account sharing, boosting, and selling are prohibited. Each player may hold one active account. Violations may result in permanent bans.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Cheating, hacking, harassment, hate speech, impersonation of staff, and exploitation of bugs for unfair advantage are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to ban any account without prior notice for severe violations.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

All in-game currency, skins, and items are licensed — not owned — by the player. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or traded outside the game platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, art, music, and code are the exclusive property of Nexus Legends Studios. Streaming and content creation are permitted under our Creator Program guidelines.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for remaining currency.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email and in-game notification.
